Hotel Biscuit

Nice little room with a TV but my remote didn't work, free WiFi for guests, the bar fridge is partially stocked, my window didn't close properly but in this hot weather it was much better to have it open. There is an AC unit in the room but no remote for it. Very early morning there was no hot weather, and if you're a night owl and like cats there's a cute kitten outside.

Very different from your average chain hotel. Everything is very cute-sy starting from their pet cat in the lobby to their breakfast bar where you feel like in your own kitchen. Decor is amazing and oddly entertaining, you keep noticing all sorts of new details in it. Location is not bad at all and From the balcony up front you can see the mountains!

Nice and really friendly staff, good service and sweet rooms. It's well situated (5 minute walk to 35 bus stop). The lunch is served by the chef with a possibility to modify it every morning. Everybody was helpful and always smiling, so it was a real pleasure for us to stay during our week-end visit when we attended Andrea Bocelli's concert in town. Would definitely come there again and recommend it if asked! ;)

This place has personality. You'll be delighted to look at the various decorations all over the place. The rooms are clean, spacious, cozy and themed around various cities like Santorini, Tokyo, NYC, etc. The only downside is the accessibility, but once you're done with bringing your luggage, it's a pleasant stay.

This hotel is an experience on it's own! Exceptional hotel and amazing hosts! These people are so nice you want to take them home! The hotel is super cute, clean and comfortable and the staff is so helpful and welcoming that you instantly feel like home. The breakfast was amazing, it has been long since we had such a nice morning in a hotel and this is only thanks to the staff that go out of their way to accommodate you. they managed to think about all details so everyone is included. They have an interior parking place which was a plus for us. great people! An amazing experience!!!

Awesome small boutique hotel. Very friendly staff, closed underground parking lot and nice small breakfast. Rooms were enough for 1-2 nights, clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Rooms was hot and hot water was a blast. Also got all the amenities you'll need for a short stay. Also the price was very good for Cluj. Definitely would be back here! 100% recommend! What I didn’t like so much: Bathroom kinds small, but clean and did the job!

The hotel is casual but comfy, the breakfast outright exquisite, the carrot-walnut layer cake has been the family's favourite. This said, the surroundings of the hotel are far from optimal, it's dirty with a terrible access road. Nothing happened, but we didn't feel reassured to leave the car for the night. Else, absolutely recommended.

This is a great surprise. I didn't expect to have such a good experience. The only minus is that can be hard to find. The hotel is the ground floor and first floor of a block of flats. The rooms are big and clean and the breakfast is great
